This is the Place For The Amateur Photographer and Flower Image CollectorsTo Enjoy Flower Pictures On The Web

I am an amateur both at photography and flowers and their identification. My main interest is in wildflowers, but I also enjoy tame flowers collected from any source. I run simple experiments in flower photography and try to learn about flowers.

NOTE: The following file is an experiment in learning about flowers. It is a downloadable program that can be used over and over. Just click on the file {Glossary.exe} after downolading it into a seperate file on your computer. Then follow these simple instructions: (After clicking on the file it will start displaying a Glossary of Flowers from A to Z. Use the RIGHT mouse to control the Astound .asd programs -- it is a lot like a VCR; hit ESC to end the program.) The program is excellent for teaching flower functions. It will continue to run, much like a Screen Saver, until you hit ESC, and you can learn the definitions by merely glancing at the plates as they pass by. You can stop it anywhere with the RIGHT mouse. Experiment with the controls; such as, hit the SPACEBAR to pause; us the CONTROL PANEL to control the speed of the displays, check MORE to switch to ANY display. TO END HIT ESC.

This is the first in a planned sequence of learning programs...
